Shipping
Shipping out of the US may require aditional shipping. Contact me before you place the order for a shipping quote. A paypal request will be sent to the customer for additional costs.
We do not ship to APO's. Shipping to AK and HI may have additional charges. Contact me prior to ordering and I will get you an estimate.
Shipping is based on a rate table: Shipping will be adjusted when checking out. On larger items we may have put a smaller weight in the table so that you pay less shipping. If weight says "0" that means the shipping will be free! Rates will be as follows:
0-10 lbs=$8.50 ,11-15lbs= $12.50, 16-20lbs=$16.50,
21-25 lbs=$18.50, 26-30lbs=$21.50, 31-35lbs=$25.50,
36-40lbs=$30.00, 41-50lbs=$34.00, 51-60lbs=$37.00,
61-70lbs $39.00 ,71-80lbs=$45.00, 81-90lbs=$47.00,
91-100lbs=$49.00,101-125=$60.00 , 126-150=$75.00,
151-175=$90.00, 176-200=$100.00
CJ's Deals4U ships orders via FedEx, UPS, the United States Postal Service ("USPS") and DHS. CJ's ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
FedEx Ground delivers Tuesday through Saturday. FedEx Express delivers Monday through Friday. UPS Ground and Express delivers Monday through Friday. USPS delivers Monday through Saturday.
Prices listed include both shipping and handling charges . Please contact us if you reside outside of the United States as different shipping charges apply.
Some listings will have the actual weight in the description but the rate that is charged will actually be listed under the manufacturer. I follow a rate table. You can see the rate you will be charged by following the table above.
Shipping Surcharges
Larger or Oversize items are heavier and more expensive to ship than normal items. Any shipping surcharges will be listed in the Shipping Information section on the product detail page.
International Orders
In general, CJ's only ships to the U.S. However, CJ's will work with you for international shipment of bulk purchases and/or special needs. Please e-mail CJ's and put shipping quote in the memo line.
Order Turnaround Time
I want to ship your order as fast as is possible. Unless denoted otherwise, my suppliers typically ship your order within 2-5 days. Some of the larger items and made to order items will take 1-3 weeks. If am item will take longer than you want to wait -I will offer you the option for a complete refund.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Some of our products ship directly from the manufacturer and require additional time for processing. If we run out of stock of a particular item, we will hold your order open for at least ten business days while we wait for new stock to arrive. If an order is still unable to ship after ten business days, our customer service will contact you with information regarding when you can expect your order. Please contact me if you experience any shipping delays or you do not receive tracking information promptly.
Keeping Track Of Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed with a Tracking Number. You can use this tracking number to track the package yourself at http://www.fedex.com/ or http://www.ups.com/. Tracking information for freight carriers will be forwarded via e-mail. Orders shipped via the U.S. Postal Service may not be assigned a tracking number. You can also e-mail me for an update on your order status.
Shipping Delays
We always try our best to make sure your order gets where it is going in a reasonable amount of time. Of course, there are some things that are beyond our control like weather, delivery error and international shipping schedules. Regardless of the reason for the delay, we will always do our best to help you. Contact us with any concerns or questions.
Combined Shipping
I carry items from many different suppliers. If you order items from the same supplier I can get you a combined shipping quote. Unfortunately I cannot combine shipping for items from different suppliers.
Specific Delivery Request
We strive to honor all delivery requests. Unfortunately, ground residential delivery times can only be estimated. If a specific delivery date is required, please select express shipping services.
Refusal of Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by CJ's. Once we receive the package back in the warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost and surcharges of shipping the package to you. This shipping and/or any shipping surcharges will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible. This does not apply to packages that appear to be damaged in shipping.
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. Orders that are later cancelled due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are also subject to actual shipping charges. Once we receive the package back in the warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost and/or any shipping surcharges. These charges will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.
